y not consider to have 2 rooms rather than only one room. （I guess your house area quite big. ）In future, if u think to have / need to use, u have then do need to re-construct anymore. (just only suggestion)
Like my current house, bought it coz like the studio style... After years...thinking to have a room.. headache.. have to re-arrange everythings... hahah..but not yet start.
